October 23, 2013 marks the official start of the nTLD era as the first four new TLDs were delegated into the DNS root.  The four TLDs are:

• .xn--ngbc5azd (شبكة.) — Arabic for “.web” (dotShabaka Registry), also see http://xn----1mcbc7cp0fnu.xn--mgbaam7a8h

• .xn--unup4y (.游戏) — Chinese for “.games” (Donuts), also see http://nic.xn--unup4y

• .xn--80aswg (.сайт) — Cyrillic languages for “.site” (CORE Association), also see http://nic.xn--80aswg

• .xn--80asehdb (.онлайн) — Cyrillic languages for “.online” (CORE Association), also see http://nic.xn--80asehdb

Valuable domains for these first new TLDs will soon be available.  Resellers and clients interesting in these domains can start pre-registering them through HEXONET's Expression of Interest service, which will automatically convert EOI into pre-registrations throughout these phased introductions.
